All orders placed before 1 PM are available for Next Day delivery, unless otherwise stated. For Same Day deliveries, please contact us at [email protected]. We do not take orders for delivery on Sundays. If arrangements are needed on a Sunday, pick-up option is available.

All sales at BTP are final. Considering the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and hope that you love your arrangement and enjoy it as much as we loved making it for you. Considering flowers are sensitive to various factors such as light and temperature, it is up to the recipient to care for the flowers upon receipt. For flower arrangements, please keep in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Water arrangements daily or every other day. For orchid arrangements, place 2 to 3 ice cubes per orchid in arrangement once a week to prevent overwatering. Keep away from direct sunlight.
